Shipment processing time
All orders are processed between 3 and 5 days. Being for the majority exclusive products in some few cases could extend up to 10 working days (in this case you will be notified).

Damages
Slide or Die LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Refer to Return policy.
